a brief history
Since the age of seven, Olenka has been writing creative stories and poetry. In 2009 she received an Honours Diploma in television broadcast from N.A.I.T. and immediately began her career working in broadcast news at Global Edmonton.
Olenka began her professional writing career in 2010 when she worked as the Communications Assistant for Alberta’s NDP caucus.
She then moved to freelance writing for various clients and her own performative spoken word poetry.
She is currently freelance writing for various companies and a film.
Olenka was a freelance writer for Unconventional Life during 2020. She wrote the blog associated with the Unconventional Life Podcast.
Unconventional Life is a global community of entrepreneurs, creatives & thought leaders from over seventy-five different countries who have said yes to the Unconventional Life.
